Miles of Snowshoeing Ahead

Union Creek Resort is basecamp to some incredible snowshoe trails, including our own Union Creek Trail which follows Union Creek for a 12-mile hike that meets the Pacific Crest Trail. Along the way you will hike amongst towering 700-year-old Douglas Firs.

But the Union Creek Trail is just one of the many snowshoeing options! We also centrally located to snowshoe a wide variety of trails and areas. Check out Crater Lake National Park with the 33-mile Crater Lake Loop/Rim Drive, Diamond Lake with Mt. Thielsen and Mt. Bailey trails, Boundary Springs, Stuart Falls (between Sky Lakes Wilderness and Crater Lake National Park), and more.

Snowshoe Rentals at Union Creek Resort

Snowshoe rentals are available at the Front Desk daily from November through April, snow dependent.

Rental Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We provide maps that highlight multiple trails starting directly from the Union Creek Resort, and you can easily venture into Crater Lake National Park for even more trails to explore.
