Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available complimentary however, it is not always reliable or readily available due to circumstances beyond our control. We are limited due to our remote location, potential for inclement weather (rain, snow, wind, etc.), bandwidth capabilities, and number of satellite dishes we can install as an historic site.
It is always recommended to download and print any information, directions and maps prior to your arrival.
Lodging Info & Policies
Check-In: 4:00 pm
Check-Out: 11:00 am
Must be 18 years of age to check-in. After hour check-in procedures will be provided by the resort or call 541-560-3565.
Payment Policy: Full payment is due at time of reservation.
NOTE: If you have booked a Promotional Rate or Package, different deposit, cancel, and change policies may apply. Please call 1.866.761.6630 for more information.
Taxes & Fees:
- Sales Tax – 8.5%, Lodging Tax – 3%, Utility Tax – 6.5%
- Extra Person Fee (Beyond 2 guests) - $15
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations/changes in reservations must be received 7 days prior to reservation arrival date to assure refund of deposit. Cancellations/changes made less than 7 days prior to 4:00PM local time on arrival date will forfeit full deposit.
Reservation Changes: Dates of stay for a reservation may be changed based on current availability. Your reservation is subject to a new rate for new dates of stay. Any changes made to your reservation may result in a rate change and payment due upon arrival.
Extra Person Policy: All room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional person charge of $15.00 per night per person age 12 and older.
Pack-n-Play Cribs: Pack-n-play cribs can be requested at the time of reservation and are $25.00 +tax per stay. Limited availability.
Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort. Pets are not allowed in the lodge rooms. Pets are allowed in all cabins except 3, 6 and 7. A $25.00 non-refundable fee per pet per stay is due at check-in. Pet must be leashed at all times. Maximum of two pets allowed. No size limit applies. Excessive cleaning fees may apply.
All unauthorized pets in any unit (pets not claimed and pet fee paid for at time of arrival) or pets found in the lodge or cabins that are not designated as pet-friendly will be assessed a fine of $250.00 to your card or deposit on file.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all public areas, cabins, and structures of the resort. A $250.00 fine will be applied for smoking in any of these areas. Smoking is allowed in designated “smoking” areas outside and more than 10 feet away from any structure. Please dispose of cigarette butts in proper containers so as to protect our forest and not create a potential fire situation.
